Hello, my name is Chris Sieritis and I am a professional photographer, residing in the Seattle area. I started photography as a hobby developing my own film in my darkroom in my garage and the passion has continued ever since. CS Creative Photos provides Seattle King County and surrounding area Virtual Tour real estate Photography for MLS publishing with hosted slide video with music, showcasing the listing. Real Estate sales is challenging, can be stressful and quality photos to market the property on the MLS, Flyers, and virtual tours are an important component of an broker's sales tools. My objective is always to showcase the property highlights in a way to entice buyers and brokers to the property and hopefully an offer. The Virtual Tour Slide videos are hosted by CScreativephotos.com with an url link, including background music, if desired, the broker's contact info, photo, and company logo. The broker's are encouraged to provide their input through the process. The goal is to have everything available within 24 hours after the photo shoot, or the following morning, if possible.
I use top of the line Nikon cameras, lenses, and miscellaneous equipment for all my photographs. I do my own post processing with the latest high end software.
My goal is to add new photos at least twice a month and additional real estate MLS type photos in the Seattle King County area and surrounding counties.
